Most of our trips are out of Biscayne Bay in Biscayne National Park targeting Snappers, Jacks, Tarpon, and Barracuda. We also guide trips out of Ten Thousand Islands off the coast of Naples and Biscayne Bay targeting similar species. One of our favorite and most exciting charters is night-time fishing off the coast of Miami Beach hooking 80lb+ Tarpon, Snook, Snapper, and Jacks. During the cooler months, we also charter single-person trips on a motorized Gheenoe, which allows for access into no motor zones and hard to reach areas. Testimonials

We caught Barracuda and sharks. We even saw a 10 foot hammerhead swim by. We saw tons of rays swim by and probably caught 16 or so fish. We went deep sea fishing and spent 2x what this cost and only caught 4 bonita 2 barracuda and 4 tilefish that the electronic reel basically caught by its self. I caught so many barracuda with Alex I lost count. There was enough room for me my wife and my 3 sons. My 3 year old didn't fish. Honestly one of the best days I’ve ever had. I recommend this charter.

Booked a half day fishing trip with Captain Alex and we were not disappointed. We started the day catching our own bait and what an experience that was. He knew right where to go and with one throw of the cast net he caught more bait then I have ever seen before. After that we spent the rest of the day catching fish. Snapper, grouped, and barracudas are just a few of the many fish we caught that day. My friends and I had a great time! He is fun, easy going, and personable. We will definitely book again when we want to go fishing.

Capt. Alex,

Thank you for four wonderful trips. You are professional, personable, and altogether awesome. You put us on plenty of fish and lobster. But more than your knowledge and obvious abilities on the water, perhaps your greatest quality is patience. I cannot begin to tell you the amount of joy my wife and I experienced watching you teach and explain things to our kids. You are an unmistakable part of our memories. I really hope to hook up again soon.

This was our second charter with Capt. Alex. One trip in Feb. one in early March. Both trips were great fun. Last trip night fishing for tarpon under a full moon, Miami skyline as backdrop. Tarpon are such great fighters. Second trip was for some edible fish. Porgies, snapper, Yellowtail etc. It was nonstop action and Alex kept us on the fish. On the way back in we stopped to catch some Barracudas they hit the bait fish at about 100 MPH and give you a real rush. In my opinion just book the trip.

We had a marvelous fishing experience. Captain Alex is reliable, patient, attentive, and truly enjoys what he does. We learned a whole lot as well as caught fish like never before. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is happy to share it with you. You will not regret fishing with him. We highly recommend his charter and look forward to getting dozens of great fish again.

My husband and I booked a last minute fishing trip with Miami Inshore Fishing Charters during our vacation in Miami Beach in May. I was unaware we could book a fishing trip within Biscayne National Park, and had originally booked a snorkeling trip which was cancelled with another company... So happy it was because Captain Alex was able to take us out to the National Park the next day and it was the best part of our trip! The fishing was great and the sightseeing was excellent, beautiful area. We were on Barracuda all morning, it was a blast! Then we got to explore Boca Chita Key (has a great hidden beach and facilities) and Stiltsville, both part of Biscayne National Park. We couldn't have asked for a better day or a better captain; who went above and beyond. We cannot wait to get back down for another trip!

Captain Alex picked us up right at our hotel which was very convenient. We caught some snook and towards the end finally ripped in some tarpon which were a hell of a fight. Captain Alex is super chill and very informative, he put us on the fish and let us stay out longer when started catching them hand over fist. Great Trip. Highly recommended.

I wanted to take my nephew out fishing for his birthday towards the end of June. I decided to call Miami Inshore Fishing, and ended up talking to Captain Alex. My nephew is 12 and has a short attention span, Alex suggested we start a little before sunset and fish into the night. He assured me that we could keep my nephew occupied and having fun on the trip. I decided to book a trip.

So we went fishing with Captain Alex last night and what a great time we had. We started by fishing an inshore wreck and kept the rods bent catching snapper, Jacks and barracuda. After we tired Jake out, Captain Alex said we would go try for a big snook. We pulled up to the spot and ended up catching 3 big snook and a huge shark!

Overall the trip was great, definitely going to book again!

We went inland fishing on Sunday, June 26 with Captain Alex. My 12 year old has been dying to go fishing and we both get sea sick on deep sea fishing tours. Captain Alex was very friendly, courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. We did a half day tour from 8am to 12 pm. We caught several varieties of fish including grouper, mutton snapper, hogfish, and yellowtail tuna. Best of all, none of us got seasick. We really enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back to do some night fishing as well. Alex is honest and reliable and we have told several of our friends about our great experience.

In mid-November of this year, my wife, two boys (ages 11 and 8) and I went fishing with Alex in Biscayne Bay. We had a fantastic time. Alex is fun, cool, easy-going, flexible, and knows where to catch the fish. We caught grouper, blue runners, trigger fish, porgy and 3 barracudas (~18 in total). The water and scenery were amazing. We had so much fun and this was the absolute highlight of our South Beach 3-day weekend. We also stopped off at one of the local islands for a bit of coconut hunting.

We would absolutely do it again and highly recommend, Alex!
